Peter Walker, Managing Director 

Peter WalkerPeter has been in the communications industry for 30 years covering all service aspects from field engineering through to Board level positions. After completing service in the Army as an Engineering Officer servicing SAM systems and the associated ATE equipment. With domestic and international experience in technology solutions provision & the operational requirement supporting those solutions on company boards. Recently Peter has focused his time building a framework of cluster companies to satisfy the full portfolio of a ‘Virtual IT Department’. Peter is a keen biker and golfer.

 

Steve Gatter, Finance Director

Steve GatterSteve has over 23 year experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant. Steve moved overseas to the Cayman Islands for 3 years after qualifying with one of the Big Four. On his return Steve set up his own successful practice, and later merged with another firm to form a 3 Partner Office.  Steve joined eSOURCE full time last year, and invested in the business.  Steve’s spare time activities include photography, scuba diving (including underwater photography) and strangely bee keeping.

 

Andy Needham, Sales Director

Andy NeedhamAndy has over 22 years of experience in IT and Communication working with SME’s to large global organisation. The last 15 years Andy has held a varity of sales positions in other IT and communications companies such as Newbridge Network, Alcatel, NCR, 3Com and Nortel. Andy philosophy is simple add value in everything you do, be a team player and think win-win partnerships. Andy’s spare time is spent with his family and until recently his passion for competing in motorcycle racing with the British Motor cycle racing club (BEMSEE) where he competed in the nationwide championship. Although Andy hasn’t told us what he’s going to take up next anyone who knows him will tell you its going to be fast, exciting and adrenalin packed.

Brian Haines – Major Accounts Director


Brian had a long-term career in Banking with NatWest for over 30 years culminating in a senior executive role for electronic banking operations. He set the model for outsourcing partnerships in the mid 90’s as well as delivering quality service to thousands of banking clients and securing Investors in People. He now manages relationships with our major banking, BACS and education sector clients and has ensured that IiP accreditation has now occurred no less than 4 times. Brian is passionate about service delivery and is confident of this in eSOURCE due to the loyal, experienced and dedicated team in place. Previously Chairman of Harrogate Cricket Club and President of the Chamber of Commerce, he enjoys playing golf, watching cricket and enjoying fine wines and food in the company of his family and good friends.
